Happy and Engaged Employees for a Flourishing Organization.
Studies show that happiness is a core enabler of employee engagement and organizational performance. Research also demonstrates that success follows happiness (and not vice versa).
On the other hand, a pressure of “feeling happy all the time” leaves people unsatisfied and inadequate.
So, is chasing happiness a myth?
Happiness can be achieved. When we redefine happiness as the journey rather than the destination; when we stop being busy and we focus our time and energy on what it is important to us; when we adopt a positive mindset and embrace the full range of our emotions, we are set on a path of fulfillment and happiness.
